I had a 730AM first oil change appointment. The scheduling went well. I waited for the service in the waiting room which was clean and comfortable. The work was complete in about an hour. However, when I got in to leave and started the Encore up, the DIC was showing that tire pressures were at 42 and 44...not all the same. So I went back into the service area and the manager got in it to check and then pulled it back into the service bay. He got a tech to adjust, and told me he showed the tech where to find the mfr recommended PSI/ label...this is REALLY basic stuff. The manager said that the tech overheard that I 'liked my tires that way.' THIS is an absolute LIE as I never said anything like that to ANYONE in the service area. Workers like the manager should be accountable/ ownership for their work, and NOT LIE about what the customer said or didn't say...that's totally UNPROFESSIONAL.
